METTA twin sewage pump starting panels - Main materials ABB

METTA electrical panels for sewage pumps are designed for the proper operation and protection of the twin pump assembly, while providing the possibility of full autonomy in control through start-stop float switches.

START-UP PANEL FOR TWIN SEWAGE PUMPS 230V WITH DOL START-UP AD2D1___

Plastic watertight enclosure, protection class IP54
General bipolar load switch
Thermomagnetic switch depending on the current drawn by the pump to protect against overload, overcurrent, short-circuit, overload, short-circuit, overcurrent, short-circuit
power starter, one for each pump, for direct starting of the pump
Possibility of connecting capacitors, if required (not included)
I-0-II selector switch for manual or automatic operation, either by means of a self-locking starting float switch and a separate float switch for stopping, or by means of a start-stop float switch
manual operation with start-up independent of the level
Automatic operation by alternating the starting sequence of the pumps at each new operating cycle, and both operating in parallel at rising levels

Thermomagnetic circuit breaker, one for each pump sized according to its current consumption for protection against overload, overcurrent, short-circuit, with frontal auxiliary contact
power starter, one for each pump, for direct starting of the pump
Connection terminals for internal heat pumps in series with the control circuit
I-0-II selector switch for manual or automatic operation, either by means of a self-locking starting float switch and a separate float switch for stopping, or by means of a start-stop float switch
manual operation with start-up independent of the level
